Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Introvera collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your personal information.

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Introvera Pvt Ltd ("Introvera", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit introvera.com, contact us, request a consultation, or use any product, application, or service that links to this policy (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any message you send through our contact forms, email, or scheduling tools.
  • Usage & device data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically when you browse our site.
  • Cookies & analytics. Identifiers and preferences stored through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • Third-party platform data. When you connect a social or business account (for example, through Meta's Facebook or Instagram APIs), we receive only the data you authorize (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • Respond to enquiries, quotes, and consultation requests.
  • Deliver and manage software, integrations, and support we build for clients.
  • Analyze usage to improve performance, security, and user experience.
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Meta Platform Data (Facebook & Instagram)

Some of our Services integrate with Meta Platforms, including the Facebook Graph API and Instagram API. When you authorize such an integration, we access and process platform data strictly in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

  • Scope. We request only the permissions needed for the feature you use (for example, page details, public profile, messaging, or content you explicitly authorize). You may revoke access at any time in your Meta account settings.
  • Use. Meta data is used only to deliver the requested functionality. We do not use it for advertising profiles, nor sell or transfer it to data brokers.
  • Storage. Where data must be cached to operate a feature, it is stored securely and kept no longer than necessary, then deleted in line with Section 7 and Meta's data-handling requirements.
  • Deletion. You can request removal of all Meta-derived data at any time (see Section 9). Revoking the app's permissions on Meta also triggers deletion of the associated data.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. Vetted vendors (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal & safety. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

We never sell your personal data.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly without them.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. These include rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California). To exercise any right, contact us using Section 14. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal data, including any data obtained through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integrations, at any time:

  • Email contact@introvera.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  • Or remove our app's access from your Meta account settings, which signals us to delete the associated data.

We will verify the request, delete the relevant data, and confirm completion, except where retention is required by law.

10. Data Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk and respond promptly to incidents.

11. International Data Transfers

Introvera operates globally and serves clients across multiple regions. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect transferred data.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
